Important Information

Please be aware, that we can only accommodate up to 10 guests as per township regulations.

We require that the contract must be signed by a guest 25 years of age or older.

Although we know that pets are family members, we keep a strict no-pet policy in place.

Our home is a smoke-free house and we cannot accommodate parties and bigger gatherings.

Payment Schedule and Rental Fees (when booking with us directly)

After we have received your request for your desired vacation time at Moorings North, we will send you an email with the rental agreement and the invoice. Please print, read, and sign the agreement, and send it with your reservation deposit payment. We will then happily reserve the dates for you. Before your remaining balances are due (60 days and 30 days prior to your arrival), we will send you a friendly reminder by email. You will get confirmation emails about your payments received. After receiving the final payment we will email you with your security code to the front door and other detailed information.

Summary of Rental Fees

  • When making a reservation, $500 are required as a non-refundable reservation deposit
  • 60 days prior to arrival 50% of total rental balance are due
  • 30 days prior to arrival 50% of total rental balance minus $200
    (credited $500 for reservation deposit, added $300 for security deposit) are due

plus $324 taxes (12.3% Transient Occupancy Taxes for town, county, and state)
plus $200 cleaning fee
