After a couple of visits to the island we absolutely fell in love with Chincoteague. We, the Grill-Family, were always looking for beautiful relaxing locations to spend time with the children on the beach, at the same time having the most quiet and friendly environment to reenergize from our busy life. We found it with Chincoteague Island and were entranced with the beauty, the ‘million dollar views’, and the friendliness of the people on this island. So, when we started looking for houses, we did it with a spirit of it being our second home and not a business investment primarily. We have high standards of excellence and customer satisfaction with an overarching desire to make our guests feel like home. We believe in the importance of personal touch and caring in all we do. That’s why we also decided to manage the property personally, knowing the local staff maintaining the house and being in direct contact with our guests.
